Momboc provides marine conservation initiatives, coastal ecosystem management, and sustainable ocean tourism development. Our services are delivered in partnership with local communities, conservation authorities, and accredited operators. All activities are subject to applicable South African environmental and maritime regulations.
You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully. You must not disrupt conservation activities, harm marine life, or violate protected area rules. You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking or participating in any program.
Momboc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation in field activities, including but not limited to weather-related changes, wildlife encounters, or travel disruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days’ notice posted on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
